01Main Campaign: 8-12 Hours

A single, unhurried playthrough of the main campaign runs roughly 8 to 12 hours, in line with the original Halo: Combat Evolved's pacing — this is a faithful remake/remaster of that campaign's mission structure, not an expanded reimagining of the story itself.

That range covers a normal difficulty playthrough without deliberately hunting for every Skull or collectible. Playing on a harder difficulty, taking more time to explore each level, or replaying encounters will push you toward the higher end of that range.

02Finding All Skulls & Terminals: Around 15 Hours

Playing through on Normal while also tracking down every hidden Skull and Terminal across the campaign brings total time up to roughly 15 hours, according to post-launch playtime reporting.
