FC 27 Ultimate Team Guide Gallery, SBCs, Evolutions & rewards
The new FUT Gallery is the biggest Ultimate Team addition in FC 27: Player Items fill Sets, each Set gets a grade, and the grades build a Gallery Level that pays out Gallery Tokens. Alongside it come simpler Streamlined SBCs, branching Evolution Pathways and single-player Campaigns.
01FUT Gallery
In the Gallery, Player Items fill Sets organised by Nations, Leagues, Clubs and Campaigns. Each Set earns a grade, and the Sets feed an overall Gallery Level. Rewards are Gallery Tokens, which you spend in the Gallery Token Store. Red Bull's review describes it as a digital sticker book.
For a new club the takeaway is simple: items you do not need for your squad may still be worth keeping if they complete a Set. Check a Set before you sell or discard.
02Streamlined SBCs
New Streamlined SBCs use a total score instead of squad OVR and chemistry requirements (some have no minimum OVR at all), and allow partial submissions and duplicates. Traditional SBCs remain for puzzle-like Challenge SBCs. Title Update v1.1.0 made the Streamlined filters remember what you applied while you complete several in one session.
- Duplicates you hold are a natural fit for Streamlined SBCs.
- Complete several in a row to benefit from the saved filters.
03Evolutions and Campaigns
Evolutions gained Pathways (branching upgrades) and an Evolution Chain Preview, and the PlayStyles Lab returns in Season 1. Campaigns have a new hub with single-player Live Events against the AI, where some events let you choose the difficulty and others have set levels that rise as you progress (EA's example runs from Semi-Pro to Legendary). These are a lower-pressure way to earn rewards while learning the controls.
04Rewards and pack opening
EA added End of Match Rewards (Coins and SP after matches) and more direct FUT Coins and tradeable packs. The October v1.1.0 update shortened the pack opening sequence.
05Beginner checklist
- Play Campaign Live Events at an easy tier to collect rewards while you practise the new defending (see the beginner tips).
- Open the Gallery and see which Sets your items fill.
- Use Streamlined SBCs for duplicates; keep a few tradeable items.
- Preview an Evolution Pathway before committing a player.
- Check EA's news page for the current Season, since content changes.
