Pearl Abyss confirmed the March 19, 2026 release date in September 2025. The studio announced the date alongside the news that the game had entered final certification with platform holders. On January 21, 2026, Pearl Abyss confirmed the game had officially gone gold — meaning development was complete and manufacturing of physical copies had begun — locking in March 19 as the firm launch day with no further delays.

The global unlock was set for a single simultaneous moment: 3 PM Pacific Time / 6 PM Eastern Time / 11 PM GMT on March 19, 2026. Because that converts to the early hours of March 20 for much of Asia and Oceania, players in those regions received access one calendar day later in their local time.

Pre-loading was made available on all platforms roughly a week before launch, allowing the large install to be downloaded in advance. The final game size sits in the range of 60–80 GB depending on platform and optional high-resolution texture packs.

02 Confirmed Platforms at Launch
