Schedule I Dealers Guide — Unlock & Manage

Dealers are how you sell at scale in Schedule I — instead of personally delivering to every customer, you hand off chunks of your customer base to dealers who sell for you. Understanding how to unlock, assign, and manage them frees you up to grow your operation. This guide covers all six dealers, the commission system, and the best way to use them.

01How Dealers Work

Dealers automate the selling side of your business for a cut:

• Each dealer takes a 20% commission on the sales they make, rather than a daily wage like other employees.
• Each dealer handles up to 10 customers that you assign to them.
• Dealers sell autonomously — once assigned customers and stocked with product, they fulfil orders and split bricks or jars into individual customer quantities.
• You manage them through the Dealer Management app on your phone, assigning which customers each dealer serves.

02The Six Dealers & Their Districts

There is one dealer per district, each unlocked at a higher rank for a one-time hiring fee (names and gates can shift between updates):

• Benji Coleman — Northtown, the earliest dealer to unlock.
• Molly Presley — Westville.
• Brad Crosby — Downtown.
• Jane Lucero — The Docks.
• Wei Long — Suburbia.
• Leo Rivers — Uptown, one of the later dealers to unlock.

As you rank up and expand into new districts, unlocking that district's dealer lets you cover its customers without personally delivering across the whole map.

03How to Unlock & Hire Dealers

Getting a dealer working takes more than just cash — rank and a fee, but also a personal connection:

1. Reach the required rank for the dealer you want — each unlocks at a higher tier than the last.
2. Befriend one of that dealer's specific contacts first — each dealer is introduced through one or two named NPCs, and rank plus cash alone will not let you recruit them without that relationship.
3. Pay the one-time hiring fee to bring them on — fees rise with each dealer, from the low hundreds for the first up to several thousand for the last.
4. Open the Dealer Management app on your phone.
5. Assign customers to the dealer — up to ten each.
6. Keep them stocked with product so they can fulfil the orders you have handed them.

Remember new customers come largely from referrals — serving existing customers well unlocks more, expanding the pool you can hand to dealers.

04Best Way to Use Dealers

Smart assignment maximises both income and your time:

• Assign low-to-medium spenders to dealers — the 20% commission matters less on smaller orders, and it offloads the busywork.
• Personally serve high-value customers — you keep the full price, can negotiate better deals, and earn more XP from direct sales.
• Match product effects to a dealer's customers where possible, since satisfied customers pay more and refer others.
• Expand dealer coverage as you grow — each new district's dealer lets your reach scale without your time.
• Keep dealers stocked — an unstocked dealer makes no sales, so feed them from your automated production.
