GTA Online Heist Payout Calculator — Classic, Doomsday, Casino & Cayo Perico
Select any heist, choose your difficulty, set each player's cut, and the calculator shows exactly how much each crew member walks away with — including Lester's deduction and support crew fees for the Diamond Casino Heist. Title Update 1.73 (Kortz Center Heist, July 2026) introduced a weekly first-completion bonus system: the first time the crew host completes an eligible heist finale in a given weekly period (reset every Thursday), everyone earns an enhanced payout. Repeat completions that same week pay the standard base amount shown by this calculator. TU 1.73 also reduced base payouts for Doomsday Heist acts (~10%) and Diamond Casino Heist vaults (~30%) — the figures below and in the tool are the current standard (repeat-run) values. Classic Heist payouts were not changed.
01Heist Payout Calculator
02How the Payout Calculator Works
The calculator covers four groups of GTA Online heists, each with its own fee structure:
- Classic Heists (Fleeca through Pacific Standard): The gross take is split directly by your negotiated cut percentages. The host pays setup fees (~$25,000) separately per setup mission — those are not deducted from the finale payout itself. Hard Mode gives a +25% bonus on the Normal take.
- Doomsday Heist (Acts I–III): Same structure as classic heists — the take splits by cut with no additional deductions from the finale payout. Hard Mode also grants +25%. Each act is independent; completing all three with the same crew unlocks the Doomsday Elite Challenge bonus.
- Diamond Casino Heist: Lester deducts 5% of the vault value before the crew split. Your hired support crew (hacker, driver, gunman) each take their own percentage from the vault total. The calculator defaults to the recommended crew (Paige Harris 9% + Taliana Martinez 5% + Karl Abolaji 5% = 19% combined). Hard Mode gives +10% on the vault value.
- Cayo Perico Heist: The calculator shows the primary target payout only. Playing solo means you keep 100% of the primary target value. Hard Mode adds +10%. Secondary loot adds on top but is not modelled here — the primary target alone determines your planning baseline.
03Classic Heist Payouts at a Glance
The original five apartment heists (introduced in 2015, payout values buffed with The Criminal Enterprises DLC in July 2022) were not changed in Title Update 1.73 — they retained their base values while gaining a 1.5× weekly-first-completion bonus. All figures below are the gross take split among the full crew — no additional deductions beyond whatever cut percentage each player negotiates:
- The Fleeca Job (2 players): $201,250 Normal / $251,562 Hard. The only 2-player classic heist. The host typically takes a lower cut (40–55%) by convention since they funded the setups. A good tutorial for learning heist basics.
- Prison Break (up to 4 players): $700,000 Normal / $875,000 Hard. Four distinct roles across the setup missions — Plane, Bus, Demolitions, Station. One of the more chaotic classics.
- Humane Labs Raid (up to 4 players): $945,000 Normal / $1,181,250 Hard. Split-team assault on a research facility. Better payout than Prison Break but requires solid coordination.
- Series A Funding (up to 4 players): $707,000 Normal / $883,750 Hard. Heavy enemy waves in the finale make this the worst difficulty-to-payout ratio of the classic heists.
- The Pacific Standard (up to 4 players): $1,500,000 Normal / $1,875,000 Hard. The flagship classic heist — a bank robbery followed by a highway motorcycle chase. With four players on equal 25% cuts at Hard, each earns $468,750.
Completing all five in order, on Hard difficulty, with the same four-player crew, without any player dying, unlocks the Criminal Mastermind Challenge: a $10,000,000 bonus split evenly — $2,500,000 per player.
04Doomsday Heist Payouts
The Doomsday Heist (December 2017) added three standalone acts with significantly higher payouts than the classic heists. Each act requires its own prep missions and has an independent finale payout. Title Update 1.73 reduced Doomsday base payouts by ~10% while adding a weekly-first-completion bonus to partially offset the reduction:
- Act I — Data Breaches: $877,500 Normal / $1,096,875 Hard (reduced from $975,000 / $1,218,750 in TU 1.73).
- Act II — The Bogdan Problem: $1,282,500 Normal / $1,603,125 Hard (reduced from $1,425,000 / $1,781,250). The most popular act — setup missions are reasonable in length and the payout remains solid.
- Act III — The Doomsday Scenario: $1,620,000 Normal / $2,025,000 Hard (reduced from $1,800,000 / $2,250,000). Highest payout of the three acts. With two players at 50/50 on Hard, each earns $1,012,500 on a standard repeat run.
There is no Easy difficulty for Doomsday Heist acts — only Normal and Hard. Player count can be anywhere from 2 to 4, making Act II a popular solo-team hybrid (host does setups with 1 partner). The weekly-first-completion bonus applies to each act separately — you can run all three acts once per week to maximise your bonus earnings.
05Diamond Casino Heist: Vault Targets and Fees
The Diamond Casino Heist is unique because of its support crew system — you hire a hacker, driver, and gunman before the finale, and each takes a percentage from the vault. Planning your crew wisely is as important as negotiating cuts. Title Update 1.73 reduced Diamond Casino vault values by approximately 30% while adding a weekly-first-completion bonus. The figures below are standard (repeat-run) values:
- Cash Vault: $1,480,500 Normal / $1,628,550 Hard (reduced from $2,115,000 / $2,326,500 in TU 1.73). Most common target.
- Artwork Vault: $1,645,000 Normal / $1,809,500 Hard (reduced from $2,350,000 / $2,585,000). A mid-tier target with lighter bags than gold.
- Gold Vault: $1,809,500 Normal / $1,990,450 Hard (reduced from $2,585,000 / $2,843,500). The standard optimal non-event target — gold still pays best per bag space.
- Diamonds Vault (event only): $2,303,000 Normal / $2,533,300 Hard (reduced from $3,290,000 / $3,619,000). Still the highest-value target in the game. The weekly-first-completion bonus is especially large for Diamonds — prioritise this on your first Casino run of the week.
- Lester's deduction (always 5%): On a Diamonds Hard run, Lester takes $126,665 before you split. Factor this into your planning — crew that costs 19% + Lester's 5% = 24% off the top.
- Recommended crew (19% total): Paige Harris (hacker, 9%) gives 3:25 in the vault — enough for gold and diamonds. Taliana Martinez (driver, 5%) is the best value. Karl Abolaji (gunman, 5%) covers stealth and Big Con runs.
06Cayo Perico: Primary Target Values
The Cayo Perico Heist (December 2020, payout values adjusted September 2023 and again in Title Update 1.73) has a rotating primary target. You discover which target is available during the scope-out mission — you cannot choose it freely. TU 1.73 significantly reduced Cayo Perico primary target values — for example, Tequila fell from $630K to $400K and Pink Diamond from $1.3M to $910K. Secondary loot (weed, coke, gold, paintings) adds on top:
- Madrazo Files: $1,100,000 (first run only, Normal mode only). This target is exclusive to your very first Cayo Perico run and cannot be replayed.
- Sinsimito Tequila: $400,000 Normal / $440,000 Hard. The most common and lowest-value rotation.
- Ruby Necklace: $560,000 Normal / $616,000 Hard.
- Bearer Bonds: $616,000 Normal / $677,600 Hard.
- Pink Diamond: $910,000 Normal / $1,001,000 Hard. A significant jump in value — Hard Mode is strongly recommended.
- Panther Statue (event only): $1,900,000 Normal / $2,090,000 Hard. Event-exclusive, available only during Rockstar-designated weekends.
Hard Mode for Cayo Perico adds 10% to the primary target value but prevents you from bringing your personal vehicle or aircraft. Use the Kosatka's Sparrow to approach the island and leave via a pre-positioned getaway vehicle or by swimming out to the Kosatka.
FAQ
What is the highest payout heist in GTA Online?
After Title Update 1.73 rebalanced payouts, the Diamond Casino Heist with Diamonds in the vault pays up to $2,533,300 on Hard Mode (repeat-run; the weekly-first-completion bonus raises this significantly higher). For always-available heists, the Doomsday Heist Act III Hard Mode pays $2,025,000 with no support-crew deductions — making it strong for a 2-player team. The Casino Gold Vault Hard Mode pays $1,990,450 gross before deductions. Classic Heists were not reduced in TU 1.73 and gained a 1.5× weekly-first bonus.
How much does Lester take from the Diamond Casino Heist?
Lester always takes exactly 5% of the vault contents before any player split. On a Diamonds Hard Mode run ($2,533,300 vault after Title Update 1.73), that is $126,665. Support crew fees are additional and depend on who you hire — the recommended crew (Paige, Taliana, Abolaji) adds another 19%, for a combined 24% deducted from the vault before players split the remainder.
Does GTA Online heist Hard Mode always give 25% more?
No — it depends on the heist type. Classic Heists and Doomsday Heist acts give +25% on Hard compared to Normal. The Diamond Casino Heist and Cayo Perico Heist give only +10% on Hard. The calculator handles both bonus rates automatically.
What is the best crew setup for the Diamond Casino Heist?
The recommended crew is Paige Harris (hacker, 9% fee), Taliana Martinez (driver, 5%), and Karl Abolaji (gunman, 5%) — total 19% combined crew cost. Paige gives 3:25 in the vault, which is enough to fill bags in a Gold run with a competent crew. Avi Schwartzman (10%) gives 5 more seconds but costs an extra 1%, which on a $3M+ run is over $30,000 — usually not worth it.
Can you do the Cayo Perico Heist solo?
Yes — Cayo Perico is the only GTA Online heist completable entirely solo, including both prep missions and the finale. Solo means you keep 100% of all loot. With a crew, the primary target value is split by cut just like any other heist. For most targets, solo is strictly better unless you want to fill secondary loot bags faster with multiple players.
What is the Pacific Standard heist payout per player?
The Pacific Standard total take is $1,500,000 on Normal and $1,875,000 on Hard. With four players on equal 25% cuts, each earns $375,000 (Normal) or $468,750 (Hard). With a host-favoured 40/20/20/20 split on Hard, the host earns $750,000 and each crew member earns $375,000.
