Genshin Impact Witch's Revelation Guide

Witch's Revelation is a Version 6.7 (Luna VIII) system that hands seven returning characters a brand-new Additional Talent and reworked Constellations, built around the patch's new Stellar-Conduct reaction. If you're not sure how to unlock it, which characters qualify, or what actually changes on their kits, here's the breakdown.

01Which Characters Get Witch's Revelation

Seven characters received Witch's Revelation upgrades in Version 6.7:

• Wriothesley (5-star, Cryo)
• Yae Miko (5-star, Electro)
• Cyno (5-star, Electro)
• Qiqi (5-star, Cryo)
• Yumemizuki Mizuki (5-star, Anemo)
• Diona (4-star, Cryo)
• Beidou (4-star, Electro)

Six of the seven are Cryo or Electro characters — Yumemizuki Mizuki is the exception, an Anemo Swirl DPS — which lines up with how most of the upgrades work: they're built around Stellar-Conduct, the reaction Sandrone introduced in this same patch. Stellar-Conduct isn't a reaction any Cryo/Electro pair can trigger on its own — it only replaces standard Superconduct when Sandrone (the current "Stellar Linchpin" character) is in the party, so getting the most out of these characters' new kits generally means running them alongside her.

02How to Unlock Witch's Revelation

Unlocking a character's Witch's Revelation takes two steps:

1. Complete the world quest Revelations by Chance to obtain the Witch's Revelation Case.
2. For each eligible character you own at Level 70 or higher, complete their individual Witch's Revelation quest — talk to Barbeloth at her Fortune-Telling Booth in the Court of Fontaine, then clear a short combat trial using trial characters that showcase the new kit.

The requirements apply per character: you need to own that specific character and have them at Level 70+ before their quest becomes available. Completing a character's quest grants the buffs to them permanently — there's no additional cost or material investment beyond finishing the quest itself.

03What Actually Changes: Additional Talent and Constellation Rework

Each of the seven characters gets the same two categories of changes, though the specific effects differ per character:

• Additional Talent: a new ability added to the character's talent screen, alongside their existing Normal Attack, Elemental Skill, and Elemental Burst.
• Reworked Constellations: Constellation levels 1, 2, 4, and 6 are changed from their original effects.

Broadly, the rework repositions each character around Stellar-Conduct: characters built as damage dealers (like Wriothesley, Yae Miko, and Mizuki) gain ways to convert more of their existing damage into the reaction, while support-leaning characters (like Qiqi, Beidou, and Diona) gain tools that make it easier to keep triggering and sustaining Stellar-Conduct for the whole team.

Exact numbers — cooldown reductions, damage percentages, scaling ratios — differ per character and are still settling across community sources this early into the patch. Check each character's talent screen in-game for the current, patch-accurate values before planning a build around them.

04Stellar-Conduct and the Polestar Field, Briefly

Stellar-Conduct is a stronger variant of Superconduct that Sandrone's passive enables whenever she triggers Cryo + Electro contact herself. Triggering it creates a circular Polestar Field around the enemy that boosts the party's Cryo and Electro damage and lowers the enemy's Physical RES while active. Several of the seven Witch's Revelation characters can enter a Radiance: Stellar-Conduct state while standing in that field, which is what unlocks the new, harder-hitting versions of their attacks.

Without Sandrone (or another future Stellar Linchpin character) in the party, Cryo + Electro contact still just produces standard Superconduct — so the Witch's Revelation kits described above are designed with Sandrone as a teammate in mind, not as standalone upgrades.
