01Resin Basics: Cap, Regen, and the Daily Math

Original Resin caps at 200 units and regenerates at 1 unit every 8 minutes — that is 180 resin per 24 hours. A full refill from zero takes 26 hours and 40 minutes. It is not infinite: sources include Adventure Rank-up rewards, the free Sojourner Battle Pass, and the paid Gnostic Hymn Battle Pass. Treat each Fragile Resin as a premium resource. The golden rule is to never pop a Fragile Resin when your current resin is above 100 — you waste the overflow. Use it only when you are below 100 with a clear goal to spend into immediately.
